At MCU, we are always keen to hear the views of our members and we would love you to help us again so we can improve our services to you.

We would like to learn more about you and your family, your interests and hobbies and most importantly if you think we are providing a good service to you. We really hope we are but if you have any concerns, we want to understand what we can do to make things better.

So, we have created a member survey which will allow us to understand more about you. We will use the results to ensure we provide the most appropriate information that is relevant for you and your family. We will also use them to identify any other products or services we could create that might be of value to you.

We would be very grateful if you could spare 10 minutes of your time to complete our survey. As an incentive, we will randomly select one member from the completed surveys we receive who will win a High Street shopping voucher of their choice worth £250*.

1. Our survey is open to all members

2. To win the £250 shopping voucher all questions must be answered

3. The winner of the shopping voucher will be randomly selected from all completed surveys received

4. The winner will be notified within 7 days

5. The winner’s name may be used in promotional material

6. Any data collected will not be shared with any third party

7. The closing date is Friday 15^th October at 5pm. Any competed surveys received after this date and time will not be considered for the shopping voucher
