Vote for us – and be in with a chance to win £1000!
We’re excited to let our members, colleagues and friends know that we’ve been nominated in the “Best Credit Union (North)” category at the national Consumer Credit Awards 2022 – and we need your help to win!
The Consumer Credit Awards, run by Smart Money People, aims to find the best products, innovation and trusted credit brands in the UK so that people can make more informed choices about the financial partners they use.
This award is decided by the number of votes Manchester Credit Union receives from the general UK public - including our members – and Smart Money People will place every person who votes into a prize draw to be randomly selected to win £1,000.
Chief executive of Manchester Credit Union, Christine Moore, says: “This is our second time being nominated for the category – and we were proud to have been recognised as ‘highly commended’ at last year’s awards.
“Now, we’re in it to win it! We’d love to bring the award home to Manchester. It will recognise the efforts of our team over the past year and the support shown by our wonderful members - and also help us to spread the word to those who don’t know they can save and borrow with their local credit union”.
Voting opens on the 16th May and continues until 24th July. At that stage, nominated organisations with the most votes will become finalists- when a further round of voting will occur to determine the winner on the 8th September.
