MoneyHelper joins up money and pensions guidance to make it quicker and easier to find the right help, MoneyHelper brings together the support and services of three government-backed financial guidance providers: the Money Advice Service, the Pensions Advisory Service and Pension Wise.

The England Illegal Money Lending Team (IMLT) was set up in 2004. Initially created as a pilot scheme in Birmingham to investigate loan sharks it had such an impact on illegal money lending it received further government funding.

Today the England IMLT investigates and prosecutes illegal money lenders while supporting those who have borrowed money from a loan shark. Illegal Money Lending Teams in Scotland and Wales ensure the entire UK is working to stop loan sharks.

GMPA is a not-for-profit organisation that works to prevent and reduce poverty across Greater Manchester. We have developed extensive knowledge about poverty in the city region, identified a powerful network of stakeholders and organisations who share our values, aims and vision and we have influenced policy and practice in several ways since we were constituted in 2016.
